You can replace Dark Chocolates with Cocoa Powder. However we will be using both, Cocoa Powder as well as Dark Chocolates to prepare the Chocolate Cold Coffee. Coffee Decoction is prepared by crushing coffee beans. It is very quick to prepare as it takes hardly few minutes to prepare. During summer, Cold Coffee is a must have drink.

There are different ways of preparing Coffee. Coffee is common in all the variations. Coffee can be either cold or hot. Cold Coffee has many variations. I have already shared Cold Coffee in my earlier posts. But today I will be sharing chocolate flavour Cold Coffee called Chocolate Cold Coffee. The process of preparing the coffee is same. We only add one extra ingredient which is of Chocolate flavour. It can be either any Dark Chocolate or Cocoa Powder. You can also add both the ingredients to prepare the Cold Coffee.

We will be preparing Chocolaty flavour Coffee from Instant Coffee Powder, Cocoa Powder, Dark Chocolate, Milk and Sugar. Milk can be replaced with Milk Ice Cubes. When we use Milk Ice Cubes, the coffee is chilled and thick. We can also add Chocolate Syrup while preparing Chocolate Coffee. There are people who do not prefer to have sugar in their food. They can use sugar free diet sugar to prepare the coffee. The sweetness doesn’t change. Sugar free diet sugar is available in the market very easily. Here I will be using normal sugar to prepare the drink.

To prepare Chocolate Cold Coffee, first prepare a concentrated liquid from Coffee Powder by mixing it with warm water. Add it into the blender or mixer grinder jar. Then add Cocoa Powder, Dark Chocolate, Chilled Milk and Sugar. Blend it till froth forms over the surface of the milk. Add Ice Cubes and Chocolate Ice-cream and again blend it. You can replace the chocolate ice cream with vanilla ice cream. Serve it by topping it with Whipped Cream, Chocolate Sauce and Chocolate Chips. Chocolate Cold Coffee tastes best when served chilled.

  2. Chocolate Ice cream is optional. You can skip it if you do not have it at your home.
  3. If you are serving the coffee instantly, add Ice cubes while blending. It will make the coffee chilled.
