Cappuccino Hot Coffee is an Instant Coffee drink that is prepared from Coffee Powder, Sugar and Milk. It is one of the most loved drinks by youths whenever they are out of their house, whether they are in office or they are in a tour. There are different ways of preparing coffee. Today I am going to share the Cappuccino Coffee recipe that I will be preparing in different way than the usual one.

Take the Coffee Powder, Sugar and little amount of Milk or Water. You can add extra amount of milk if required. Mix it to make a thick paste till the colour of the paste changes from dark brown to light brown. If we mix it for a longer time, it will attain a caramel colour and froths will start to form. Heat Milk over medium flame till it comes to a boil. Switch off the gas and pour the hot milk in cups. Add the Coffee paste and mix it properly. After mixing, again add coffee paste  over the coffee as toppings. Serve it immediately by garnishing with your favourite toppings such as Chocolate Powder or Cocoa Powder or Chocolate Syrup. However it is optional.

The most important part of preparing coffee is the preparation of Coffee Paste. There are various ways of preparing the Coffee Paste. Take the Coffee Powder, Sugar and small amount Milk in a large cup or bowl. Beat it with the help of large spoon to make the paste. If this makes you work harder, use hand blender to beat the coffee. In order to make the process more simpler, I am going to share one secret tips with you all.

As you know that while preparing the Coffee paste with the above two ways, we need to be more careful and cautious. We have to be careful that the utensils do not break or the ingredients do not spill out of the bowl or cup. Sometimes it makes our kitchen look dirty. In order to overcome all these problems, use this method of preparing the Coffee Paste. You will really love it and thanks us for this wonderful secret. I mostly use this trick to prepare my Instant Cappuccino Coffee. Here I will be sharing this trick only.

The secret process is faster and simpler and the secret to this is the use of a bottle to make the coffee paste. It can be any type of bottle. I normally use cold drinks bottle. Take all the ingredients such as Coffee, Sugar and Milk into the bottle. Close the cap of the bottle and shake it for 8-10 minutes. The colour will start to change and also froths will start to form as you shake more and more. Your instant coffee paste is ready. Roam all around your house compound and whisk it to make the coffee paste with froths. There is no chance of breaking kitchen utensils or spilling of ingredients. Also the kitchen remains neat and clean. Isn’t it easy and quick? Try this secret and do share your experience with us.

You can prepare the coffee paste at once and keep in fridge so that you can use it later on. Whenever any guest arrives, take the paste out of the fridge and mix it with Boiled Milk and serve it immediately by garnishing with Cocoa Powder or Chocolate Syrup or Chocolate Powder. Cappuccino Coffee is an instant coffee drink that is prepared by blending Coffee Powder, Sugar and Milk to prepare a paste and then adding and mixing it to Boiled Milk.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoon Coffee Powder
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 4 tablespoon Sugar
  • Chocolate Powder or Cocoa Powder for garnishing

Instructions:

  • Take a cold drink bottle and add Coffee Powder and Sugar into it. Mix it uniformly by shaking the bottle.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of Milk into the mixture of Coffee Powder and Sugar.
  • Mix all the ingredients by shaking the bottle. Whisk it to make a paste of thick consistency.
  • The colour of the mixture will start to change from dark brown to light brown. Froth will start to form as more and more it is shaken.
  • Whisk the mixture till it attains caramel colour and the paste becomes smooth and lots of froths are formed. Keep the prepared coffee paste aside.
  • While preparing the paste, add Milk little by little to make thick paste or else a proper smooth paste and froths will not come out and the taste will differ from the original cappuccino coffee.
  • Now heat a pan over medium heat. Add Milk into it.
  • Heat the milk till it comes to boil. Switch off the gas stove.
  • Pour the boiled milk into the cups. Add the coffee paste into the milk as per your requirement.
  • Whisk it with a spoon till the paste gets fully dissolved into the milk.
  • If you want more froths in your coffee you can mix the coffee by using two cups and mixing it by pouring the coffee in each cup one by one simultaneously.
  • After mixing the paste into the milk, add more Coffee paste as toppings over the coffee. This time do not mix it.

  • Hot and Instant Cappuccino Coffee is ready to be served. Serve it hot immediately by garnishing with Chocolate Powder or Cocoa Powder or Chocolate Syrup.

Notes:

  1. Sugar quantity can be varied according to your preference of sweetness. If you want the coffee to be less sweet add less amount of sugar. Add more sugar if you want the coffee to be sweeter.
  2. While preparing the coffee paste, you can add water in place of milk. It’s your wish. Remember to add Milk or Water little by little or else the mixture will become thin.
  3. If you love to have hard coffee, you can add more coffee while making the paste.
  4. The Coffee can also be beaten with the help of hand blender or large spoon.
  5. The Coffee Paste can be kept in fridge and can be used later on to prepare the instant coffee.
  6. To garnish the coffee, we can use any one of chocolate powder, Cocoa Powder or Chocolate Syrup.
