Breadcrumbs are very easy to make which requires very less time. We need only few slices of bread which is grinded to make a powdery form. If you wish you can add some dry fruits also in the grinder to make it taste different. It is optional. It can be used in various snacks to make it crunchier. It is mainly used in cutlet and rolls by rolling in it and then deep frying it.
If you want to make white breadcrumbs, cut the brown edges of the bread before toasting. Also do not toast for a longer time. If the end is not cut, the breadcrumbs will be brownish white in colour. In this case bread is toasted for a longer time so that the bread becomes brown. The crumbs are soft and the mixture made from it is also soft. If you want to make crunchy breadcrumbs, leave the mixture in open space for some time. The mixture will slowly begin to become hard. Leave it for the whole night for perfect crunchy breadcrumbs.
So, let’s begin the recipe step by step with photos……
