Mango Shake or simply Mango Milkshake is a chilled summer special drink prepared from Ripe Mangoes, Ice Cream and Milk. It is mostly famous with the name of Mango Shake. However we also call it as Mango Milkshake since it is made by blending mangoes with milk. It is one of the simplest and quick to make recipe and so it is mostly served in the morning breakfast. It hardly takes few minutes to prepare. The choice of the variety of the mango is very important to prepare a rich flavored Mango Shake. Choose the type of mango which is sweet and has rich flavour. Alphonso is one of the most famous mangoes in India which is very flavourful.
To prepare Mango Shake, peel out the outer layer of the mangoes and chop it into small pieces. Transfer it to a blender. Add Full Cream Milk, Sugar and Ice Cubes. Add Sugar as per your choice. Blend it to make a smooth shake. Pour it into the serving glass and serve it by topping it with a scoop of ice cream and garnishing with Tutty Fruity. You can also garnish it with Dry Fruits such as Almonds, Cashews and Raisins. Adding of Ice Cubes makes the shake thinner. So if you want to make thick and creamy shake, skip the ice cubes. Also add less amount of milk to make thicker mango shake. If you love to have the shake in thinner form, then add more milk. It depends totally on your preferences and choice of taste.
Mango Shake or Mango Milkshake taste best when served chilled. After blending the mango slice with milk, chill it in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Before serving add a scoop of ice cream and garnish with dry fruits. Mango Shake is the most famous milkshake in the summer since mangoes are widely available in the market during this season.

Mango Shake/ Mango Milkshake
Ingredients:
- 2 large Mango (Chopped)
- 1.5 cup Full cream milk
- 1.5 tablespoon Sugar (or as required)
- As required Ice Cubes
- 2 scoop Vanilla Ice-cream
- 2 tablespoon Tutty Fruity
Instructions:
- Take the mango and peel out the outer layer. Chop it into small pieces.
- Transfer the chopped mangoes into the blender jar. Add Full Cream Milk, Sugar and Ice Cubes.
- Blend it until a smooth and creamy shake is formed. There should not be any mango chunks left after blending.
- Pour the shake into the serving glass. Top the shake with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream.
- Serve it chilled by garnishing it with Tutty Fruity. You can also use dry fruits for garnishing.
Notes:
- You can also add Dry fruits such as Cashews, Almonds and Raisins along with Tutty Fruity.
- You can prepare Mango Shake thick as well as thin. Add less milk if you want to prepare thick shake. Add more milk for thin shake.
- If you are serving Mango Shake to your guest, give a different look by adding Saffron (Kesar) strands to it.
- Add Sugar as per the sweetness of the mangoes.
