Sooji Bread Toast or Rava Bread Toast is a snack recipe prepared by topping mixture of Sooji (Semolina) and veggies over Bread and then roasting it till it is crispy. Sooji gives the bread toast a wonder flavor and aroma. It is an ideal breakfast and snack recipe which you can prepare easily with fewer ingredients and in very less time.

There are different types of bread that we can use to make Sooji Bread Toast. You can use either of White Bread, Brown Bread, Multi Grain Bread or Whole Wheat Bread. The taste of Rava Bread Toast remains the same whichever bread you use. Apply the semolina stuffing on only one side, since applying on both the sides, it will ruin the taste of the toast. Applying on only one side will not only make the toast crispy but will also make the taste yummy.

To prepare Sooji Bread Toast, the main ingredient that we require is Sooji (Semolina), Curd and Vegetables. Sooji adds crispiness to the toast. On the other side Curd makes the toast tangy. We also add Chilli Powder which makes this dish spicy. The vegetables that we use to make toast vary from person to person. You can use vegetables as per your choice. Here I will be using vegetables such as Tomato, Capsicum and Onion.

We can prepare Rava Bread Toast with cheese also. Simply put the cheese slice over the bread, apply the semolina mixture over it and then roast it in tawa. Cheese makes the bread toast juicy. Please visit Rava Cheese Bread Toast to make bread toast with cheese slice. To give a different twist to the toast you can also add grated cheese to the stuffing. Here I am not going to use cheese and try to make it simpler and easy. If you love to add cheese to your recipe, please visit Rava/Sooji Cheese Bread Toast.
