Take a large bowl. Add Sooji, Curd, Finely Chopped Onion, Finely Chopped Tomato, Chopped Capsicum, Chopped Coriander Leaves, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder and Salt.
Mix all the ingredients properly. Add water to the mixture and again mix it.
As you know that Sooji absorbs water, so add water as per requirement. The mixture should not be thin.
Keep the mixture aside for 10 minutes so that Sooji swells by absorbing the water.
After 10 minutes we will see that the quantity of the mixture increases. Now we will use it to make Sooji Bread Toast.
Take the Bread slices and apply appropriate amount of the mixture over it. It should be applied uniformly.
In the same manner apply the mixture in all the bread slices. Keep it aside.
Now heat tawa over medium flame. Add Butter or Ghee into it.
Take one bread slice and lay it over the butter. Cook the bread slice for some time by pressing it with a spatula.
Apply butter on the other side of the bread. Turn the side of the bread and again roast it.
Roast the bread slice till it changes its colour to light golden brown and it becomes crisp. To make it crispier, toast the bread under low heat.
Toast all the remaining bread slices. Crispy and tempting Sooji Bread Toast is ready to be served. Serve it with your favourite ketchup or sauce.
