Take a sheet and place it over the rolling board. Apply some maida paste at the central part of the sheet with the help of fingertip.
Place another sheet over the applied maida paste on first sheet at an angle of 90 degree to form a plus sign form. Press firmly at centre so that both sheet stick to each other.
Take a slice of Cheese and cut it into four equal parts. Take a part and place it at centre over the crossed flour sheet.
Next spread some Tomato Ketchup over the cheese slice.
With the help of spoon, take required amount of Mayonnaise vegetable mixture and evenly spread over the cheese. Place another slice of cheese over the mixture.
Now apply maida paste at the edges of the sheets. Lift one side of the lower sheet and roll it to cover the stuffing.
Take another side of the sheet and roll it over the first. Press it firmly so that the sheets stick to each other.
Similarly wrap the other two ends of the sheet. The vegetable stuffing should be packed properly so that it does not come out of the packets.
In the same manner prepare all the box patties. Keep them aside.
Take the leftover maida paste and add water into it to make the paste thinner.
Now heat oil in a kadai over medium flame.
Take a box patties, dip it into the maida paste, place it over Bread Crumb and roll all the sides so that it gets covered with the crumbs.
Dip the patties into the oil and fry it. Fry it till it becomes light golden brown. Dip 3-4 patties at a time.
Take the patties out of the oil and place it over tissue paper so that it absorbs extra oil.
In the same manner fry the other box patties. Veg Box patties is ready to be served. Serve it with your favourite chutney or ketchup.
