Take Butter in a bowl to prepare Garlic Butter. Slightly churn it.
Add Garlic Paste and Chopped Coriander Leaves to it. Mix all the ingredients evenly. Keep it aside.
Now remove the cover from the dough. The dough doubles its size on fermentation due to action of Yeast.
Knead the dough again with the help of your fist to remove the excess air. Roll the dough into a ball shape.
Now sprinkle some Maida in a rolling board or in any flat surface. Place the dough over it.
Take the rolling pin and roll the dough into a circle shaped roti of thickness of approx. 5 mm. You can roll the dough into thin sheets with the help of your hand also.
Now take Garlic Butter and apply over the bread evenly with a brush or with a spoon. Use appropriate amount of Garlic Butter.
While applying Garlic Butter leave the edges of the bread so that it helps in sealing the edges easily.
Sprinkle small amount of Oregano, Chilli Flakes and Mixed Herbs over the bread.
Above it spread generous amount of Mozzarella Cheese or Pizza Cheese over half the bread leaving the edges.
Next spread required amount of veggies such as Sweet Corn and Capsicum evenly over the Cheese. Then again sprinkle Oregano, Chilli Flakes and Mixed Herbs over the veggies.
Next fold the bread from one side and close the edges by pressing with your fingertips.
Now take Pizza tray and place butter paper over it. Butter Paper helps in preventing the Garlic Bread to burn while baking. You can replace pizza tray with normal plate if you do not have it.
Place the Stuffed Garlic Bread gently over the butter paper. If you do not have butter paper you can apply some butter over the tray and then place the Stuffed Garlic Bread over it.
Now again apply some amount of Garlic Butter over the Stuffed Garlic Bread. Also sprinkle small amount of Chilli Flakes, Oregano and Mixed Herbs.
Take a sharp knife and make cut marks over the bread vertically. Do not cut it completely. Now we will bake it in pre heated baking set up.
