Heat water in a large container. Add the noodles into it and cook for few minutes till it becomes soft.
Once it becomes soft, switch off the stove and strain the noodles from the water.
Rinse the noodles with cold water thoroughly. Strain it again and keep it aside.
Next cut all the vegetables such as Cabbage, Carrot, Capsicum and Onion in thin long strips. The veggies can also be shredded.
Also finely chop the Spring Onions. Chopping takes more time. You can use food processor for it.
Now heat 2 tablespoon oil in a kadai over medium flame.
Add Chopped Garlic and sauté it for few seconds.
Add the Shredded Veggies such as Cabbage, Carrot, Capsicum and Onion. Stir fry the veggies under high flame for 3-4 minutes. If it burns turn the flame to low.
Next add Soya Sauce, Black Pepper, Tomato Sauce and Vinegar. Stir it well so that the sauce and vinegar is uniformly mixed.
Now add the Boiled Noodles. Also add required amount of Salt. Stir it well.
Switch off the flame and add Spring Onion Greens.
Mix it with the other ingredients. Keep it aside and allow it to cool down.
