Ingredients

Whole Tomato

Salt to Taste
Instructions
Heat tawa or pan. Place the tomatoes and roast it.
Keep on turning it so that it doesn’t burn. Roast it till it gets completely cooked.
Take it out from the tawa and allow it to cool down.
Peel out the outer layer of the tomatoes. Mash it with your hand or a big spoon.
Add mustard oil, chopped onion, salt, chopped garlic and chopped chillies. Mix it properly.
Roasted Tomato Chutney is ready to be served.
Notes
1. You can add other ingredients if you want, such as mustard seeds and coriander leaves.
2. Salt, Onion and chilli can be varied as per one’s taste.
