1/2cupCurd (Yoghurt)
2tablespoonCocoa Powder
4tablespoonSugar
2tablespoonOil

2tablespoonChocolate Syrup/Sauce(Also for serving)
Instructions
Take a large bowl. Add Rava, Maida, Cocoa Powder and Sugar. Mix it uniformly.
Now add Curd, Oil and Vanilla Essence. Mix it properly so that there are no lumps.
Add Water and Chocolate Syrup. You can use Milk in place of water. Mix and churn it to prepare a smooth lumps free batter. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Add Baking Soda or Eno Slat to the batter and mix it well. Froth will start forming.
Take the idli plate and grease it with cooking oil or ghee.
Now with the help of spoon transfer the batter into the moulds.
Put the moulds into the steamer and steam it for 12-15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, insert a toothpick to see whether it has been cooked or not. If it comes out clean, it means it is well cooked or else steam it for few minutes more.
Switch off the flame and allow it to cool. Use a spoon or knife to take out the idli cake from the moulds.
Delicious and yummy Choco Idli Cake is ready to serve. Serve it by spreading Chocolate Syrup over the Idli Cake.
Notes
Here we have used Sooji and Maida both. Both the ingredients are mixed together. If you want you can skip Maida (All-purpose Flour). Choco Cake can also be prepared with Sooji only.
To prepare the batter, you can use either water or milk. Here I have used milk.
After adding the Baking Soda or Eno Salt and mixing it, immediately transfer it to the idli plate.
While transferring the batter to the moulds we must be careful not to fully fill the moulds with the batter. There should be slight space left so that it gets space to fluff.
