Notes
Along with Tomato and Onion you can also add Capsicum, Carrot and Sweet Corn. The type of veggies to be added depends on your choice.
While preparing the Besan Bread Toast, toast the bread under low flame. It helps in properly cooking the Gram Flour.
You can also make the Besan Toast by cutting a single slice into two equal halves diagonally.
The batter should be of appropriate thickness so that the bread slices can hold the batter. It should not be runny.
If you want you can either deep fry or shallow fry the bread toast. Also you can use cooking refined oil to toast instead of butter.
To make crispy Besan Toast, you can add Rice Flour or Corn Flour to the Besan.
