Tomato Onion Sandwich is prepared from Bread Slice, Chopped Tomatoes, Chopped Onion and few spices. It is one of the preferred breakfast in most Indian homes as it is the simplest and hygienic food item.

Ingredients

  • 6 slices Bread
  • 1 medium Chopped Onion
  • 1 medium Chopped Tomato
  • 2 tablespoon Butter or Ghee (Or as per your requirement)
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Pasta Seasoning
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Take all the 6 bread slices and apply butter (or ghee) evenly all over it with the help of spoon.
  • Spread Black Pepper and Salt on all the bread slices with the help of your fingertips.
  • Next sprinkle Pasta Seasoning all over the bread slices as per your requirement.
  • Now take 3 bread slices out of the 6 and spread Chopped Onions and Tomatoes evenly over it.
  • After spreading the chopped onion and tomatoes, cover them with remaining 3 slices.
  • Put the sandwiches in Sandwich maker and grill it for few minutes.
  • After the Sandwich is grilled, take it out in a plate. Cut the bread into two halves.
  • Tasty and Yummy Tomato Onion Sandwich is ready. Serve it with tomato ketchup and hot tea.

Notes

  1. Spread butter or ghee on the bread slice as per your requirement. If you prefer less ghee, apply it only over a single slice of bread.
  2. Use Black Pepper powder as per your requirement as it can change the flavor of the sandwich and will not suit your taste.
  3. Spread salt and black pepper with your finger. Using spoon will concentrate the ingredients at a single place which will change the taste.
