Spicy Potato Sandwich is prepared by stuffing spiced mashed potato in between the bread slices and then grilling it in Sandwich maker or in tava. This stuffing is prepared by frying all the ingredients in oil. Ingredients used are Chopped Onion, Chopped Tomato, Chopped Chilli, Chopped Coriander Leaves, Chaat Masala, Lemon Juice, Black Pepper, Chilli Powder and other spices. Here I have grilled the sandwich in a sandwich maker. It can also be toasted in a tava till it is crispy and changes its color to golden brown.

Instructions
Preparing Potato Stuffing:
Take the boiled potatoes and peel off the outer layer of all the potatoes. Keep the peeled off potatoes in a bowl.
Mash all the potatoes properly so that no lumps are left behind. Keep it aside.
Add Chopped Onion and cook till it changes colour.
Next add the Chopped Tomatoes and little salt. Mix it.
Cook the tomato onion mixture till it becomes soft and tender.
Add Turmeric Powder, Black Pepper, Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Chaat Masala, Lemon Juice and Salt. Mix all the ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.
Add Chopped Coriander Leaves. Saute it and cook for a minute.
Now add mashed potatoes and mix it well so that all the ingredients are evenly spread. Cook for 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes switch off the gas and allow the mixture to cool down and come to room temperature. The stuffing is ready.
Stuffing Potato Sandwich:
Take all the bread slices. Apply butter /ghee over the slices with the help of spoon.
Take one slice of the bread. Put a portion of the Potato Stuffing over it. Spread it evenly over whole bread.
Cover it with another slice of bread. Press it firmly and keep it aside.
In the similar manner prepare it for all the bread slices.
Preparing Potato Sandwich:
Heat 1 teaspoon butter on a pan over medium flame.
Place the prepared sandwich over the butter. Cook till it become golden brown and crispy.
Turn the other side and again cook till it become brown and crispy.
Follow the above steps for all the prepared sandwiches.
Tasty and delicious Potato Sandwich is ready. Serve it with tomato ketchup or Green Chutney.
If you are using sandwich maker to grill, simply place the sandwich on it and grill it. The timer is set and it gets cooked automatically. Take it out and serve hot.
Notes
Aamchur Powder can be replaced by Lemon Juice.
Butter or ghee should be used as per one liking. Less amount should be used if someone does not love oil or ghee in their meal.
Spices should be used adequately so that the stuffing prepared is tangy and spicy.
Stuffing can be prepared without frying. Simply mix all the ingredients and line it in between the bread.
