In a large bowl take all the ingredients such as Sooji, Curd, Finely Chopped Onion, Finely Chopped Tomato, Chopped Coriander Leaves, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder and Salt.
With the help of a large spoon or spatula, mix all the ingredients uniformly to prepare the stuffing.
The stuffing will be thick initially. Add Water to the stuffing as required to make it thinner.
The quantity of water should be added keeping in mind that the semolina will expand absorbing the water. If the stuffing is found to be tight later on, you can add water to make it thinner.
The stuffing is ready. Keep it aside for 10 minutes so that semolina size increases by absorbing water.
Now we will use the stuffing to prepare Rava Cheese Bread Toast. Take a slice of bread, place a Cheese slice over it.
With the help of spoon, place the stuffing over the cheese slice and spread it evenly throughout the bread slice.
In the same manner, prepare the bread toast for the remaining bread pieces.
Heat tawa over medium heat. Apply butter or ghee over the tawa.
Place the stuffed bread slice over the butter with the stuffed side placed facing downward.
Toast the bread by pressing with a spatula. After some time turn the side of the bread and cook the other side.
Apply butter on the side also. Toast the bread till it turns golden brown and becomes crispy.
Toast the bread over low heat so that the bread toast becomes crispier.
Rava Cheese Bread Toast is ready to be served. Serve it hot with your favourite chutney.
