Heat oil in a medium kadai over medium heat.
Add Ginger Garlic Paste and cook for few seconds till the smell goes off.
Add Chopped Onion and cook till it becomes slightly brown and translucent.
Now add the Chopped vegetables such as Carrot, Capsicum, French Beans and Sweet Corns. Also add Salt as per your taste.
Cook all the vegetables for 3-4 minutes till they become slightly soft.
Add Pasta & Pizza sauce and seasoning. Mix it evenly with the vegetables.
Switch off the flame and allow the stuffing to cool down.
Once the stuffing completely cools down, add Grated Mozzarella Cheese and mix it. Keep it aside.
Now make maida paste by adding water to 5 tablespoon of maida flour. Mix it properly so that no lumps are present. It is used for sealing the edges of the bread roll.
Next take the bread slices and cut the edges of all the bread slices.
Roll all the bread slices into thin flat slices with the help of Rolling board and pin. Roll it thin so that it does not absorb much oil.
Now take small amount of vegetable stuffing and place it on one side of the rolled bread. Leave some space at the edges to seal the bread.
Apply Maida paste at the edges of the bread slices.
Roll it tightly and press the edges to stick them and seal the stuffing. Prepare the pockets for the remaining bread slices.
Now heat Oil in a kadai over medium flame to fry the Bread Pizza pockets.
Place the Bread Pizza packets in oil and fry them till they are golden brown in colour and crisp.
Take out the pizza packets from the oil and place it over tissue paper to absorb excess oil.
Similarly fry all the bread pizza pockets. Remember while frying that you turn the pockets gently so that it doesn’t break.
Bread Pizza Packets or Bread Pizza Rolls is ready to be served.
Serve it hot and crisp with Tomato Ketchup or with your favourite chutney
