Heat Oil in pressure cooker over medium flame.
Add Cumin Seeds and let it splutter.
When the spluttering stops add Green Chilli and Ginger Garlic Paste. Saute it for few seconds till the raw smell goes off.
Now add Chopped Onion and fry it till it gets slight golden in colour.
Add Chopped Potatoes and Gobi. Fry them till the Potatoes and Gobi turns golden in colour.
Now add Chopped Tomato and Salt. Cover the lid of the cooker and allow it to cook for few minutes. Keep checking that it does not burn.
Open the lid and add spices such as Turmeric Powder, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder and Garam Masala.
Mix all the spices with Gobi and Potato properly. Saute all the ingredients so that the spices are well cooked.
If the ingredients get dried up, add slight amount of water and then again cook them.
Add Kasuri Methi and mix it. At last add Water, mix it and cover the cooker with the lid.
Cook it for 1 whistle under medium heat and then switch off the gas. Allow the pressure of the gas to come down by itself.
Open the lid, add Chopped Coriander Leaves and mix it. Aloo Gobi Curry is ready to be served.
Take out the Aloo Gobi Curry in a separate bowl and garnish with Coriander Leaves.
Serve it hot with Roti, Naan, Parantha, Steam Rice or any other type of Rice recipe.
