Aam Ki Chutney is a spicy and tangy chutney recipe prepared by blending Raw Mango, Garlic, Red Chilli along with Salt and Water into smooth and fine paste.

Ingredients
2mediumRaw Mango
2pieceDry Red Chilli
2tablespoonFinely Chopped Garlic
Salt as required
Water as required
Instructions
Take the Dry Red Chilli and roast it under direct fire for few seconds. Do not allow it to burn. Remove the stem from it.
Peel out the outer layer of Raw Mango with the help of peeler. Wash it and cut it into small pieces or slices.
Also take the Garlic Cloves and peel the outer layer. Chop it into small pieces.
Transfer the Roasted Dry Red Chilli, Chopped Garlic and Raw Mango into a mixer grinder jar. Add required amount of Salt and Water
Blend all the ingredients into smooth paste without any lumps. Aam Ki Chutney is ready. Serve it with your favourite dishes.
Notes
You can roast the Dry Red Chilli in pan or tawa under low flame instead of roasting in direct flame. It helps in preventing the chilli to burn. Also if you want you can skip the roasting process.
If you want you can also add small amount of Mustard Oil after preparing the paste. Just add it and mix it.
To make tangier chutney, use Green Raw Mango. Also you can add more chilli to make it spicy.
If the mango is sour, you can add slight amount of sugar.
