Mango Shake/ Mango Milkshake
Mango Shake is a chilled milkshake drink that is prepared by blending Ripe Mangoes along with Milk and Ice Cubes in a blender.

- 2 large Mango (Chopped)
- 1.5 cup Full cream milk
- 1.5 tablespoon Sugar (or as required)
- As required Ice Cubes
- 2 scoop Vanilla Ice-cream
- 2 tablespoon Tutty Fruity
Take the mango and peel out the outer layer. Chop it into small pieces.
Transfer the chopped mangoes into the blender jar. Add Full Cream Milk, Sugar and Ice Cubes.
Blend it until a smooth and creamy shake is formed. There should not be any mango chunks left after blending.
Pour the shake into the serving glass. Top the shake with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream.
Serve it chilled by garnishing it with Tutty Fruity. You can also use dry fruits for garnishing.

You can also add Dry fruits such as Cashews, Almonds and Raisins along with Tutty Fruity.

You can prepare Mango Shake thick as well as thin. Add less milk if you want to prepare thick shake. Add more milk for thin shake.

If you are serving Mango Shake to your guest, give a different look by adding Saffron (Kesar) strands to it.

Add Sugar as per the sweetness of the mangoes.
